In this role, I worked as a member of the Stern School of Business Learning Science Lab (LSL). I partnered with faculty to produce student-centered courses and proposed, managed, and produced courses according to clear deliverables set by both the faculty and learning science team. I constructed reporting dashboards for recording metrics and KPI's of LSL faculty engagements, and collaborated with faculty to design, develop, and deliver courses (in-person, online, and hybrid) using the Brightspace LMS.

Digital Platforms & Content Specialist |

From 2021 to 2023, I returned annually as part of the core digital team for a 5-day virtual conference that served over 1,500 participants. I worked closely with the Director of Digital Platforms to build and maintain the digital infrastructure needed to host the event, and served as a technical lead and point person for troubleshooting across platforms like EventRebels, Canvas, and Zoom. I regularly communicated with internal teams to translate technical needs into actionable plans, ensuring things ran smoothly before and during the Institute. I also collaborated with the Director of Marketing and Communication to design and lead a social media strategy in the weeks leading up to the event. This included managing and creating all web and social media content, writing posts, designing flyers, and building out the website to boost engagement and support the overall attendee experience.

Over 3.5 years as a digital business and integration consultant, I supported multiple Fortune 500 clients across sectors, including telecommunications, financial services, and manufacturing, working in both strategic and technical roles. My work included managing data infrastructure for a major M&A project, conducting deep-dive SQL analyses, and building Tableau dashboards to support real-time decision-making. At a major telecom company, I oversaw the IVR analytics workstream and supported the development of an AI chatbot and provided insights and recommendations to improve customer experience across channels.
